I’ve always envied people with a visible group of friends having public interactions on social media.

However, I’ve never been one for direct interpersonal communication, I never initiate texts or emails, and social media has always been a way for me to be in contact with people without me having to specifically mention someone, or for them to specifically mention me.

And this runs exactly counter to my previously described longing. So today I wanted to mention people I really enjoy interacting with on here. I don’t expect any of them to be surprised by their mention here, but I still want to publicly acknowledge them.

In no particular order:

• @Spencer who’s basically me but better, especially the local organizing part I’m lacking.

• @Anarkingu Gidora for his onslaught of pictures, half funny, half j-pop which I'm learning about without listening to a single song.
• @:airforce: Airman Tilley who recently pivoted from tech startup employee/decentralized social media journalist to Air Force mechanic/video game developer but still is the same wholesome self.
